The Farmed Seafood Extravaganza! at Catch Restaurant & Oyster Bar in Calgary showcased the wide diversity of fresh shellfish, finfish, and ‘sea plants’ farmed in Canadian waters to local news reporters, and brought together a diverse set of stakeholders from the food and hospitality sectors.
